The DCF organized annual exams at all its centers in Dabhoi and the surrounding taluka. The exams saw children putting in significant effort, and prizes were awarded to those who achieved first, second, and third places. To encourage hard work, prizes were distributed based on students’ rankings. The first-place winners received watches, the second-place winners received a pencil case, notebook, water bottle, and pouch, and the third-place winners received a notebook, pencil kit, and pen.
In each village, first-place students based on their respective standards were awarded a watch, and their parents were invited to be part of the prize distribution ceremony. The children stood with their parents as they received their prizes, providing additional encouragement. The DCF also prepared individual results for the students. An award distribution ceremony and parent's meeting were held at the pansoli settlement, with the Vice President of the District Panchayat, Ashvin bhai Patel (Advocate), as the chief guest. He raised awareness about the importance of education among the village parents. The parents honored Ashvin Bhai for his presence and contributions.
The prize distribution ceremony was also organized at the Hirabhagol and Soneshwar DCF centers in Dabhoi, as well as at all the rural DCF centers .
