Parent–Teacher Meeting at Ekta Center: Strengthening the Learning Journey
At Ekta Center, a Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized as part of the After School Program, bringing together the parents of students from Preschool to Grade 12. The meeting created an opportunity for parents and educators to come together, discuss students’ educational progress, and strengthen their involvement in their children’s learning journey.
Focusing on Student Progress
The meeting focused on understanding students’ academic progress, learning needs, and overall engagement with their studies. Teachers and parents discussed the importance of providing children with consistent academic guidance and encouragement.
Special attention was given to the educational progress of students in the higher grades, where regular study habits, academic consistency, and parental support become increasingly important.
Encouraging Regular Attendance
Regular attendance was another important topic discussed during the meeting. Consistent participation in the After School Program helps students remain connected with their learning and make steady academic progress.
Parents were encouraged to support regular attendance and maintain communication with teachers regarding their children’s education and development.
Strengthening the Parent–Teacher Partnership
The PTM provided a valuable platform for parents and teachers to communicate openly and work together for the benefit of students.
Parents play an important role in a child’s education beyond the classroom. Their involvement, encouragement, and communication with teachers can help identify learning challenges early and provide students with the support they need.
Through such meetings, Ekta Center aims to build a stronger connection between home and the learning environment, creating a more supportive educational experience for every child.
Supporting Students at Every Stage
With students ranging from Preschool to Grade 12, the After School Program supports children across different stages of their educational journey. Each stage brings different learning needs and challenges, making continuous communication between parents and educators especially valuable.
The Parent–Teacher Meeting at Ekta Center reflected a shared commitment to helping students learn, grow, and progress with confidence.
At Ekta Center, education is a shared journey—when parents, teachers, and students come together, every child gets stronger support to move forward.
