Dental Camp at Akoti Village

Our team recently organized a Dental Camp at Akoti Village to make dental care accessible and raise awareness about oral health in the community. The camp offered a variety of treatments, including dental scaling and root planning, caries filling and restoration, identification of third molar pain, and tooth extractions.

A significant observation during the camp was the high number of cases among children, especially rampant caries in deciduous (milk) teeth. Many of these young patients received restorations to preserve their teeth, relieve pain, and improve their oral health.

The camp also saw a large number of women patients, highlighting the importance of oral care in family well-being. By treating mothers and caregivers, we aim to create a positive impact that extends to their households and children.

In addition to treatments, our dentists educated the community about the importance of oral hygiene practices, regular dental check-ups, and preventive care. Demonstrations on proper brushing techniques and guidance on maintaining a healthy diet were shared with all attendees.

The Dental Camp at Akoti Village was not only about providing treatments but also about spreading awareness, building trust, and creating healthier smiles. The enthusiastic participation of villagers and the bright smiles of children made the event a true success.
