DCF recently organised a Parents–Teachers Meeting (PTM) to support the overall growth and well-being of students. The meeting served as an important platform for open communication between parents and teachers, strengthening their partnership in nurturing students’ academic and personal development.
During the meeting, teachers shared detailed insights into students’ academic performance, classroom behaviour, and learning progress. Parents were informed about teaching methodologies, assessment patterns, and areas where students are performing well, as well as aspects that require additional attention and support.
In addition to academics, discussions also focused on students’ participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Teachers highlighted the importance of balancing studies with sports, creative activities, and value-based learning to promote confidence, discipline, and social skills among students.
Parents were encouraged to share their observations, concerns, and suggestions. This interactive exchange helped create a positive and supportive environment, ensuring that every child’s needs are understood and addressed effectively.
DCF believes that regular Parents–Teachers Meetings play a vital role in a student’s success. By working together, parents and educators can guide students toward better learning outcomes, emotional well-being, and holistic development.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, reaffirming DCF’s commitment to providing quality education and fostering a nurturing environment for every student.
