DCF is proud to announce the launch of a self-defence karate class at one of its centres, marking another important step toward empowering students with essential life skills.
The newly introduced program focuses on teaching basic to intermediate karate techniques, with a strong emphasis on self-discipline, confidence, physical fitness, and personal safety. Students enrolled in the class are actively learning practical self-defence skills that can help them protect themselves while also improving focus, coordination, and mental strength.
Under the guidance of trained instructors, the sessions are designed to be safe, structured, and engaging, making them suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior exposure to martial arts. Along with physical training, students are encouraged to develop values such as respect, perseverance, and self-control, which are core principles of karate.
This initiative reflects DCF’s ongoing commitment to holistic development, ensuring that students are not only academically supported but also physically and mentally prepared to face real-world challenges with confidence.
DCF looks forward to expanding such skill-based programs across more centres in the future and continues to work toward creating a safe, empowering, and growth-oriented environment for all students.
