Dabhoi Community Foundation Strengthens Educational Excellence Through Rupantar Training

Dabhoi Community Foundation proudly participated in the Rupantar Project Session-3 Training, held on 6–7 June 2026 at Jeevantirth-Koba. The two-day residential training brought together educators committed to strengthening school-based transformation programs and fostering holistic development in students.

Seven teachers from Dabhoi Community Foundation’s ongoing school program actively took part in the training. Their participation reflected the organization’s continued dedication to improving educational practices and empowering educators with meaningful life-skills-based learning approaches.

Key Themes Explored During the Training

The training sessions focused on a wide range of contemporary and transformative topics designed to enhance both personal and professional growth. Discussions, activities, and reflective exercises were conducted around:

1. Hobbies and Self-Development: understanding the role of personal interests in emotional well-being and lifelong learning.

2. Social Issues: exploring current societal challenges and the educator’s role in creating awareness and positive change.

3. Environment-Friendly Lifestyle: promoting sustainable habits and ecological responsibility in daily life and schools.

4. Financial Literacy: building practical understanding of budgeting, saving, and responsible financial decision-making.

5. Positive Thinking and Mind Power: developing resilience, confidence, and constructive thought patterns.

6. Public Speaking Skills: enhancing communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

8. Resilience: strengthening the capacity to adapt, recover, and grow through challenges.

Special Interaction with Shri Hasmukhbhai Patel

A highlight of the training was the presence of Shri Hasmukhbhai Patel, Chairman of GPSC (Gujarat Public Service Commission), who attended both days of the program. He engaged in an inspiring interaction with the teachers, sharing insights on the vision of the Rupantar initiative, the evolving role of educators, and the importance of reflective teaching practices. Teachers also had the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives from their work in schools.
