The one-day training program was held at the DCF Center in Hira Bhagol, organized by the Dabhoi Community Foundation. Mr. Ashishbhai Agrawal led the training for teachers from Dabhoi and surrounding villages. His presentation covered the recycling process, the challenges faced by workers in the industry, and issues of exploitation. Participants found the session enlightening and provided positive feedback, engaging in discussions on how to effectively convey this information to students.
Breakfast was served from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM for all facilitators. Following this, coordinators from the Dabhoi Community Foundation interacted with the teachers for a brief period. Mr. Ashishbhai's training session for the facilitators from various centers in Dabhoi took place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Concurrently, village-level facilitators received training from the DCF coordinator, focusing on classroom management skills and addressing common challenges in teaching.
Lunch was provided from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The afternoon session with Mr. Ashishbhai continued, where village teachers furthered their training alongside Dabhoi teachers, concentrating on problem-solving and strategies for improving operations at the centers.
The training concluded at 4:00 PM, followed by a group photo of the teachers before dispersing.
