Distribution of Blankets and Sweaters to Tribal Families by Dabhoi Community Foundation in December

Key Activity: In December, the Dabhoi Community Foundation, with the support of Bijalben Jagad, distributed 210 blankets and sweaters to underprivileged tribal families and children to relieve the cold.

Planned Implementation: This initiative aimed to reach underprivileged tribal families across 9 villages, ensuring the free distribution of blankets. The foundation’s efforts provided much-needed warmth and comfort through blankets and sweaters.

Special Arrangements for Children: To protect children in grades 1 to 5 at the Seva Centers from the cold, sweaters were organized and distributed. This initiative prioritized the health and well-being of students, ensuring they could focus on their education in a comfortable and warm environment.

Contribution by Bijalben Jagad: Bijalben Jagad played a pivotal role in the success of this humanitarian initiative. The Foundation acknowledged her generous support, which was instrumental in the successful execution of the program.

Community Gratitude and Impact: The families and children who received this assistance expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the Dabhoi Community Foundation and Bijalben Jagad. This effort significantly helped reduce the impact of the cold on vulnerable families.

An Example of Social Responsibility: This initiative by the Dabhoi Community Foundation and Bijalben Jagad (Mumbai) highlights the values of compassion and equality. It stands as a remarkable example of social responsibility, providing essential support to the poor and underprivileged sections of society.
